| Abstract: | In this paper a fundamental method for the reliability analysis of the civil air defence works is given. In order to meet the needs of revising the design code of the civil air defence works, the way of determinating the target reliability index, the design expression as well as the values of partial coefficients concerned are studied. By using this given method superior and substantial results can be achieved. |
