临朐硅藻土除铁工艺研究

摘    要:针对山东临朐硅藻土Fe2O3超标的问题,研究了常温下HF-H2SO4浸出Fe2O3的浸出条件。在最佳浸出条件下,Fe2O3含量为7.85%~12.80%的硅藻土,浸出除铁后达Ⅱ、Ⅲ级矿石水平,Fe2O3含量≤7.85%的硅藻土,浸出除铁后达Ⅰ级矿石水平,为矿山企业从资源型过渡到效益型及提高产品档次提供了一定的技术依据。

Abstract:Aimed at surpass the set standard of Fe_2O_3 content in the Linqu diatomite,the conditions of HF-H_2SO_4 leaching at normal temperature have been examined and optimized. Under the optimum leaching conditions,the -or -grade diatomite is produced by leaching of the low-grade diatomite with the Fe_2O_3 content of 7.85%12.80%. For some diatomite that the Fe_2O_3 content is 7.85%,the -grade diatomite product may be obtained after iron-removal by the leaching technology. This technique may provide the basis for transformation of mining enter-prises from resource suppliers to profitable firms,and improving grade of products.
