摘    要:本文根据模拟试验的相似准则设计了磨损试验,得出硬化相的性能和含量与试验所选用的材料在性和一致,且随着载荷的增加,材料发生拉毛的时间呈指数关系下降。在此基础上建立了摩擦配对副三滑磨面接触模型,为更好地解释内燃机气缸套及活塞环的磨损现象提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In order to discover the wear mechanisms of the cylinder liner of marine diesel engine, the wear testing is designed according to the simulating rules. The results show that the wear resistance of the samples is related to the hardness and content of the phosphoric eutectic.The wear time before scuffing decreases in exponential relation when load increases.The samples are analyzed with SEM. A contact model of friction pairs composed by three couples of friction race is built according to the testing results.
