冷连轧过程板面粗糙度模型及其应用的研究

摘    要:针对冷连轧生产工艺的特点,通过对工作辊表面粗糙度、轧制参数和所轧带材表面粗糙度的对应关系进行深入研究,在引入压印率与遗传率概念的基础上,建立了一套冷连轧机成品板面粗糙度在线预报与控制模型,并将其应用到宝钢2030五机架冷连轧机的生产实践中,定量分析出主要轧制工艺参数对压印率与遗传率的影响,取得了良好的使用效果。

Abstract:Under the conditions of introducing to the concepts of autogram ratio and genetic ratio, and through the further research on the homologous relation among surface roughness of work roll, mill parameter and surface roughness of strip material milled,a set of models about on--line forecasting and control of surface roughness for finished strip materials in cold tandem mills were set up first against the product processing characteristics of cold tandem rolling. After it was used in the production experience of 2030 five--high tandem cold mill of Baosteel, the effect of main rolling parameters on autogram ratio and genetic ratio was analysed quantitative,and the useful effectiveness is good.
