高水平应力条件下锚杆锚索耦合让压支护技术试验研究

摘    要:首山一矿己15-12010工作面由于受构造应力的影响,机巷初掘期间巷道变形大,锚杆锚索破断严重。为实现安全生产,根据耦合让压支护的理念,设计了合理的锚杆锚索支护参数。经现场试验表明,采用捷马高预应力让压均压锚杆及让压"鸟窝"锚索,解决了锚杆锚索破断问题,有效地控制了巷道围岩变形。

Abstract:The face of 15-12010 in Shoushan No.1 coal mine,the roadway deformation was very big and the bolt and cable were broken down seriously in the earliest drifting due to the effect of the tectonic stress.In order to carry out safety production,the rational support parameters of bolt and cable were designed according to the concept of coupling yieldable support.Field testing showed that Jennmar's yieldable bolt and yieldable birdcage cable could avoid the bolt and cable from being broken and the coupling support system could control the deformation of roadway effectively.
