摘    要:讨论了采用程序升温气相色谱法测定2 羟乙基吡啶合成液中甲醛、水、2 甲基吡啶和2 羟乙基吡啶含量的方法.定性方法为相对保留值法,定量方法为修正面积归一化法.对该方法的准确度和精密度也进行了讨论.结果表明,该方法准确、简便快速,用于2 羟乙基吡啶的合成研究、合成液的分离及工业化生产过程的控制分析,结果令人满意.方法相对标准偏差小于3%.

Abstract:The determination method of formaldehyde,water,2-methyl-pyritine,acetic acid and 2-hydroxyethyl-pyritine in the solution of synthesizing 2-hydroxyethyl-pyritine by GC was discussed.The relative retention was used as qualitative analysis,and the quantitative analysis was corrected area normalization method.The results show that the methods is simple,rapid and with good reproducibility.It can be used for the control analysis of synthesizing 2-hydroxyethyl-pyritine with satisfactory results.Relative deviation of the method is smaller than 3%.
