| 摘 要： | 电力通信网在电网中承载着大量的业务,要保证电力通信网的安全稳定运行,监控系统的作用非常重要。文章提出建立开放、标准、通用的电力通信网告警综合管理系统,并介绍了其软件结构和实现方案,该方案强调了可扩充性和规范性。目前,系统已在张家口供电公司顺利投运,运行情况表明故障处理效率明显提高。
