摘    要:针对数字应变测试系统测试范围广,适宜拉伸、压缩、弯扭组合等各种应变测试而成本高受限制的矛盾,研制了一套基于串口及CPLD控制的柔性组桥数字应变测试系统。该系统柔性组桥方式使应变仪能应用相同接口的应变桥路,实现了单臂、半桥、全桥、公共补偿以及对各式组合应变范花的应变测量,简单、方便、应用广泛。

Abstract:Although digital strain testing system is suitable for various strain test such as tension,compression,combination of bending and torsion,it is high cost to restrict its application.This paper describes the development of digital strain testing system,which has flexible bridges based on serial transmission and CPLD control. The flexible bridge mode makes the strain testing system be able to do the testing of wheatstone bridge,half bridge,full bridge and communal compensation of various combinations of strain rosette,and apply the same interface strain bridge.It makes the strain testing system simple,convenient and extensive application.
