Design and Manufacture of Digital Control Mini-type Electronic Jacquard Machine

This article introduces the major technical character of digital control mini-type electronic jacquard machine which is developed by Dalian Institute of Light Industry with new-type drive and new-type control method, and describes the drive system and control system briefly, and analyze configuration and work's principle of jacquard model, and introduce particular secondary attraction of jacquard model's electromagnet. The machine's structure is reasonable; performance is reliable and operation is convenient. Finally, the article put forward that exploiting of latticing and group control's electronic jacquard machine is necessity for to-be development.
