抽油机井偏磨防治技术

摘    要:针对萨中油田注聚合物井杆管偏磨问题,通过大量理论研究和室内试验,详细分析了偏磨现象产生的机理,确定了聚合物溶液对抽油杆柱系统产生的法向力和下行阻力2个影响因素,有针对性地制定大流道三级泵、全井扶正、统一杆径、定期旋转抽油杆配套防偏磨措施。经过2年的实践,效果显著,获得了可观的经济效益。

Abstract:The rod and pipe offset friction in the pumping well in Sazhong Oilfield becomes severer and severer since the beginning of polymer flooding, and this causes the increase of production cost and decrease of economic benefits. By analyzing the mechanism of the offset friction based on large scale of study and test, the two influencing factors of polymer solution on sucker rod system is determined, i.e., the normal force and downward resistance. Based on the study, prevention measures are applied, e.g., using the large flow three-stage pump, through well centralizing, universal rod size, routine rotating of sucker rod. This technology has been used for two years and the results were remarkable.
