摘    要:介绍一种新型测井绞车控制面板.面板设计采用了液晶显示屏和触摸屏;汉字和图形相结合.对增量编码器的脉冲信号沿变化进行倍频检测,提高分辨精度,避免计数误差和累积误差.首次提出并采用变时间长度的定时技术,提高速度计算的精确度.采用交流和直流并行供电技术,实现无识别转换.采用掉电检测,保存脉冲计数和设置参数.采用动态零点技术,减少放大电路零漂.新型绞车面板可以替代数字式面板和引进设备.

Abstract:Introduced is a new well logging hoistman panel with LCD screen,touching screen and combination of Chinese characters and state graphs. The edge transition of pulses from incremental encoder can be detected with double frequency to improve measurement precision, and to avoid measurement errors and accumulative errors. A new timing technique with the variable timing constant is put forward first and used to improve the calculation precision of velocity and simplify the calculations. Power is supplied with AC and DC together ,which can transform one to another automatically . The loss of power supply can be detected so as to save the pulses counter and setting parameters in time . It proves that the new hoistman panel can satisfy all well logging requirements in fields , and is a good substitute for old hoistman panels and imported instruments .
