摘    要:提出一种适合桥头夯实的设备-RHIC,并建立动力学模型.对高速液压夯实机(RHIC)的夯实效果进行试验研究,得到夯击次数与每层沉降量及压实度的关系曲线.从曲线可知,随着夯击次数的提高,每层的沉降量也迅速增加,在夯击15次时总沉降量最大;夯击12次时整体压实度较高,表层压实度达95%,平均压实度可达93%,基本满足1.5 m回填夯实时的施工要求,说明高速液压夯实机(RHIC)适用于桥台夯实,夯实效果好,影响深度深.

Abstract:This paper puts forward a new device-RHIC adapting to the abutment compaction,and establishes the dynamic model.According to the experiment data of RHIC, it analyses the relationship between the impacting times,the value of settlement and the degree of compaction.The data indicates that the more the impacting times is,the more the total value of settlement is.The maximum settlement will be obtained after the 15th impacting is completed.However,the degree of compaction is above 95% on the surface and the average degree of compaction is above 93% after the 12th impacting is completed,and the degree of compaction can meet the challenge of the construction when the backing depth is about 1.5m.It shows that RHIC has the characteristic of the good compatibility effects and the high compaction depth.
