面向航空航天的C/C复合材料加工技术研究

摘    要:C/C复合材料是一类新型材料,其加工技术研究已成为行业发展的关键共性技术。首先,对其在航空航天领域的应用进行综合评述;其次,着重阐述C/C复合材料加工技术的研究历程和技术进展,尤其是在超声波、电火花、机械的三元复合加工方面;接着,在现有C/C复合材料加工技术取得明显进展的基础上,分析指出存在的问题和不足,并提出新的思路和方向,比如在多材料、非均匀材质切削机理、加工关键工艺技术和刀具研制等方面。

Abstract:C/C composites is a kind of new material. The research of C/C composites processing has become the common and key technology. A comprehensive review on its application in the field of aerospace;Focused on C/C composites processing technology progress,especially in the combined machining of Ultrasonic machining,Electrical discharge machining and Machining; Based on the progress in C/C composites processing technology, the problems are stated and the prospective tasks of this field are proposed. Providing new ideas and direction :the mechanism of heterogeneous ma- terial cutting, the key technology of processing and the tool development.
