| 摘 要： | 信息技术的日新月异和知识经济的快速发展，对图书馆管理提出了新的挑战。文章在借鉴高校图书馆管理创新的最新成果的基础上，提出了管理创新的思路：以人为本的管理理念；学习型图书馆的管理组织；知识管理的管理方法；绩效评估和成效评估相结合的管理手段。

| Abstract: | The rapid change of information technology and the rapid development of the knowledge e- conomy have presented new challenges to the management of university library. This article analyzes the current status of university library management and comes up with a new management system in the uni- versity library based on the innovative achievements ： people - oriented management philosophy ; creating learning library; the management methods of knowledge management ; the management tools of innovative assessment. |
