高炉炉缸环缝成因探讨

摘    要:通过对武钢1号高炉1999年10月大修破损调查研究,发现炉缸碳砖破损状况与过去报导的有所不同。在高碱度负荷下,该高炉炉中位产生了平行于炉的至上而下的三条环裂。利用所得测试数据探讨了三条环裂的形成机理。

Abstract:During the investigation of the damage conditions of the No.1 BF of WISCO in the major overhaul in Oct. 1999 it is found that breaking of the carbon bricks in the furnace hearth is different from the previous report to some extent. Under the load of high basicity occur three circular crevices from top to bottom at the furnace hearth parallel to the furnace shell. The mechanism on the formation of those crevices are dealt with on the basis of the measured data.
