某雷达基座的有限元分析

摘    要:基座是雷达天馈系统和分机的安装基础,其结构刚强度能否满足技术要求,对雷达整体性能有着重要影响。在结构总体设计工作中,有必要对基座的应力应变以及固有频率进行研究。文中以某气象雷达天线座基座为研究对象,以其加强筋的厚度和数量作为变量,对基座进行静力学和模态分析,通过研究这两个变量与基座应力、应变和固有频率的关系,为基座的设计提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Pedestal is the foundation of radar antenna and some subsystem, whether its structure stiffness and strength satisfy the technical requirements will have great influence on the performance of radar. It is necessary to study the stress, strain and natural frequency of the pedestal in the structure system design. This paper studies the pedestal of a weather radar. Taking the thickness and number of reinforcing ribs as variables, static analysis and mode analysis of the pedestal are carried out. The relationship between this two variables and the stress, strain and natural frequency is studied, providing certain theory foundation for the design of the pedestal.
