摘    要:本文报道了家兔经整体照射或离体血照射100、200、300和400拉德后PHA激活的淋巴细胞微核率变化。结果表明,在这两种照射条件下,其微核率均随照射剂量增加而增高。两者间没有显著差别。照射后2小时,微核率即见增高,2周内维持在一恒定水平,第4周时开始减低。

Abstract:In this paper, the change of lymphocytes micronuclear frequency inrabbits IN VIVO and IN VITRO irradiated by 100, 200, 300 and 400 rads is repor-ted. The results indicate that micronuclear frequency was increased with the dose ofradiation in both conditions mentioned above, but there was no marked difference.Again, these results show that the lymphocytes micronuclear frequency used as abiodosimeter was completely possible. The lymphocytes micronulear frequency increased immediately 2 hours later afterradiation and the frequency increase maintained for 2 weeks. starting from 4th weekthe micronuclear frequency was reduced. All these results were discussed.
