摘    要:随动控制是伺服控制的一种,属于反馈控制类型,主要解决一定精度的被控对象跟随问题。它的给定值可在很大范围内变化,并可使系统的随动变量快速、准确地跟随给定值。本文介绍了各类随动系统的原理、随动控制系统中电动机转子位置、转速和转向的检测、最少拍控制与PID控制算法和电动机变频驱动控制电路,最后分析了双电动机随动系统的自整角机实验电压波形。采用自整角机检测电动机的有关运动参数,通过微控制器来控制变频器的输出频率,调节随动电动机的速度,实现相对精确的电动机转速随动控制。

Study on Asynchronous Motor Follow-up Control System with Variable Frequency Speed Regulation Based on Microcontroller and Selsyn

Abstract:The follow-up control is a kind of servo controls; it actually belongs to the type of feedback control and mainly solves the follow-up problems of the controlled objects with a satisfactory precision. Its set point can be changed within the very large range and the follow-up variable can be made to follow the set point of the system quickly and accurately. The paper introduces the principles of the various kinds of follow-up systems, the detections of position, rotating speed and rotating direction of the motor's rotor in the follow-up control system, the algorithms of minimum rap control and PID control and also the frequency conversion drive control circuit of the asynchronous motor. Finally, the article analyses the wave form of the selsyn's experimental voltage in the double motor follow-up system. The relatively accurate motor speed follow-up control can be realized by using autosynchromotor to detect the motor's motion parameters related along with the microcontroller controls the output frequency of the frequency converter to regulate the follow-up motor's speed.
