The reason that the fatigue failure is occurred in the early stage along the internal hole of the punching cavity die while punching is analyzed. The cutting edge on the internal hole of cavity die is strengthened locally by using the electric spark technology. So that the problem of early fatigue failure of the cavity die can be solved.
