| 摘 要： | 当前电子提花机控制系统开发普遍采用PC／104工控板，文章在分析电子提花机控制系统与电磁阀驱动工作原理的基础上，针对PC／104工控板的I／O扩展普遍采用8255等芯片的设计方式，提出了一种基于PC／104和CPLD的电子提花机控制系统解决方案。控制系统中使用Altera公司的CPLD芯片，完成了PC／104总线和CPLD之间以及CPLD与电磁阀驱动板之间接口设计及其应用软件设计。最后对设计结果进行了仿真和分析。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the operating principle of electronic jacquarder control system and electromagnetically operated valve,the paper puts forward a solution of the electronic jacquarder control system based on PC/104 and CPLD in view of the current jacquard control system design ways that often use the PC/104 and expand the PC/104's I/O using 8255 or other chips.In the control system using Altera Corporation's CPLD chip,the system accomplishes interface design and application software design between the PC/104 and CPLD as well as CPLD and electromagnetically operated value drive board.Finally the simulation is designed and the simulation result is analyzed. |
