矿用本安型电磁卸荷阀的试验研究

摘    要:在传统泵站卸荷阀的基础上设计了本安型电磁卸荷阀,详细叙述了电磁卸荷阀的工作原理,并制作了样机,通过试验可以看出电磁卸荷阀解决了传统泵站系统的压力波动大,压力调节不方便等问题,能精确调节乳化液泵的输出压力范围。

Abstract:A mine intrinsically safe electromagnetic unloading valve was designed on the basis of traditional unloading valve of pump station.Working principle of electromagnetic unloading valve was introduced and prototype was made as well.Test showed that this kind of electromagnetic unloading valve solved the problems in traditional pump station which involved large fluctuant pressure and inconvenient pressure adjustment.Intrinsically safe electromagnetic unloading valve could adjust accurately output pressure range of emulsion pump.
