钢的淬火冷却与淬火软点

摘    要:研究了钢的淬火软点的特征和淬火冷却的各种因素对产生淬火软点的影响。结果表明,在淬火冷却过程中要正确选择和控制淬火油的特性温度,淬火油的搅动程度和持续时间,加热介质的熔点和流动性,就能确保工作不产生淬火软点。采用低温硝盐浴作淬火介质也能防止淬火软点。

Abstract:The characteristics of quenching soft spot and the influences of various quench-ing cooling factors on the soft spot are studied in this paper. The results demonstrate that thequenching soft spot can be avoided if the characteristic temperature,stirring extent and en-durance of quenching oil as well as melting point and fluidity of heating medium are properlychosen and controlled in the quenching. In addition,the adoption of low temperature nitratebath for quchant will also prevent the soft spot.
