摘    要:本文总结了多年来有关35CrMo钢热处理的经验,认为35CrMo钢制大件调质处理后冲击韧性等力学性能达不到要求的原因主要是组织中出现较大量的上贝氏体。而此钢大件调质组织中是否出现上贝氏体及其量的多少,又主要与原材料的冶金质量即钢中存在某种微量元素有关。避免形成较多上贝氏体的热处理工艺措施是加快淬火冷却速度。

Abstract:Experiences in the heat treatment for 35CrMo steel in the last ftw years aresummarized iu this paPer. The main reason why mechauical propcrties of qutnched and tem-Pered hcavy part or 35CrMo steel,such as impact toughness and so on,are impossiblc to meetthe requirements is regarded as tbe presentation or the upper bainite in its microstructure.Whether heavy parts of the stcel form the upper bainlte or not and how much the quantity oftke upper bainite ls,arc mainly relatcd to metaIIurylc quaIlty of raw material,i. e.,the pres-ence or a certain trace element. Therefore,tke hfat treatmeut technlcal measure to avoid moreupper hainite is to quicken quenching cooling rate.
