摘    要:本文应用OM和SEM对38CrMoAl钢料筒在淬清水过程中发生纵向开裂进行了分析,并研究了它的显微组织。指出,集中分布的非金属夹杂物和微细孔洞以及较严重的成分偏析是导致料筒开裂的致命性原因。料筒心部的组织为回火粒状贝氏体+回火马氏体+少量铁素体,其表层区组织为回火粒状贝氏体+回火马氏体。表层区由于冷却较快,组织相当细密。特别要指出的是,粒状贝氏体存在三种形状。

Abstract:The Analysis of longitudinal cracking of a axletree of steel 38CrMoAl,2400mmlong and 230mm in diameter,during,quenching with water and the investigation on its mi-crostructure have been conducted by means of OM and SEM. It has been pointed out that thenon -metal impurities and fine hollow that distributed collectively and more serious composi-tion segregation in the material are the mortal causes for this cracking. The microstructure ofthe core zone of the axletree is tempered granular bainite tempered martensite and minorferrite. The one of the axletree exterial zone is fine tempered granular bainite temperedmartensite because of faster cooling rate. Here,in particular,there are three sorts of granularbainite in morphology.
