基于误差积分的模糊自整定PID在过热汽温控制中的仿真研究

摘    要:针对锅炉过热汽温对象的大惯性、大迟延、且特性随负荷变化明显的特点,设计了基于误差积分的模糊自整定PID控制器.Matlab仿真结果表明:所设计的控制器在快速性、适应性、鲁棒性上明显优于常规控制;该控制方案有很强的适应能力,且算法简单、计算工作量小,有很好的实用价值.

Abstract:As the superheated steam temperature object has the characteristic of large inertia,large delay,variable character with the load change,a fuzzy logic self-tuning PID controller based on error integral is designed.After Matlab simulation under multi-situation,whether on speediness response,or on adaptitude and robustness,it is shown that the designed controller has great advantage compared with the traditional controller.With the strong adaptive ability and simple calculation method,the controller is proved to be valuable in real application.
