摘    要:利用光吸收原理设计气体检测系统。为提高系统的灵敏度和准确度,设计用于提供光源的4 mA激励源电路、高响应的对比解调电路和三级放大加数字闭环的调理电路等硬件,开发数字滤波器、驱动程序和混合气体检测分析的软件系统,利用70 ppm的氨气与40 ppm的硫化氢混合气体进行检测实验。实验数据显示电压分辨率为10 mV,相对标准偏差小于5%。结果表明光电检测系统可以识别混合气体浓度。

Abstract:The gas detection system was designed using the principle of light absorption.In order to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the system,a 4 mA excitation source circuit designed to provide the light source,a high-response contrast alignment circuit and a three-stage amplification plus digital closed-loop conditioning circuit were developed.Digital filters,drivers,and mixed gas detection were developed.The analysis software system used 70 ppm ammonia and 40 ppm hydrogen sulfide mixed gas to carry out detection experiments.Experimental data shows that the voltage resolution is 10 mV and the relative standard deviation is less than 5%.The detection system can identify the mixed gas concentration.
