摘    要:文中对一种动量式光纤气体流速传感器进行了设计与建模.首先,提出了一种基于动量原理的流速传感器探头结构,阐述了传感器的工作原理,设计了传感器的检测系统;然后,依据流体动力学原理与光纤强度调制原理建立了传感器的传感模型H;再在理论研究的基础上,进行了仿真实验与结果分析,得出了检测腔结构参数有效截面积S、弹簧刚度k1、光纤束...

Abstract:A momentum type optical fiber gas velocity sensor was designed and modeled in this paper.Firstly,a probe structure of velocity sensor based on momentum principle was proposed,the working principle of the sensor was expounded,and the detection system of the sensor was designed.Then,the sensor modelH was established according to the principles of hydrodynamics and optical fiber intensity modulation.Then,on the basis of theoretical research,the simulation experiment and result analysis were carried out,and the structure parameters of the detection cavity were obtained.Thev b-H curves of effective cross-sectional areaS,spring stiffnessk 1 and initial distanced 0 between fiber bundle and reflector were obtained.The output signalv b-H curves of the sensor at different jet velocities were obtained.The experimental results show that the sensitivity of the sensor increases with the increase of effective cross-sectional areaS of piston,decreases with the increase of spring stiffness and initial distance,and increases with the increase of the value ofv s.Additionally,the sensitivity will be reduced when the velocity in the same range is detected.Through the ratio calculation,the output value of the sensor is effectively amplified.The results show that the momentum velocity sensor designed in this paper can measure the velocity of fluid and has good sensitivity.
