摘    要:高精度电流测量对产生核磁共振陀螺中稳恒磁场具有重要意义,基于光泵原子磁测量方式的新型电流传感器实现了对电流的精确测量,可应用在各种高精度设备的校准及其他精密探测领域。这种新型的电流传感器,具有极高的线性度,通过实验表明,基于光泵原子磁力仪的电流传感器线性度最高可达0.000 01%,性能优于其他电流传感器,解决了线性度低的问题。对基于光泵原子磁力仪电流传感器的研究结合实验的研究内容,展望了基于光泵原子磁力仪的电流传感器在电流精密测量领域的应用前景。

Abstract:High accuracy current measurement is of great significance to the generation of stable magnetic field in NMR gyroscope.The new current sensor based on optical pump atomic magnetic measurement can accurately measure the current,which can be used in the calibration of various high accuracy equipment and other precision detection fields.This new type of current sensor has very high linearity.The experiment shows that the linearity of the current sensor based on optical pump atomic magnetometer can reach 0.00001%,and its performance is better than other current sensors,which solves the problem of low linearity.Based on the research of optical pump atomic magnetometer current sensor,combined with the experimental research content,the application prospect of current sensor based on optical pump atomic magnetometer in the field of current precision measurement is prospected.
