大粗糙度气缸套内孔直径非接触测量方法研究

摘    要:为解决大粗糙度的气缸套实现内孔直径自动化测量这一问题,基于电涡流传感器进行了测量方案的设计,并针对机械结构建立了测量过程的数学模型,得到了由机械结构引起的理论误差公式;通过MATLAB绘制出机械误差的三维曲面图,并得到了机械误差小于0.01 mm时各相关变量的取值范围;通过试验验证了自动测量机与内径百分表之间的测量误差...

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of automatic measurement of inner hole diameter of cylinder liner with large roughness,the measurement scheme was designed based on eddy current sensor,and the mathematical model of measurement process was established for mechanical structure,and the theoretical error formula caused by mechanical structure was obtained.The three dimensions surface diagram of mechanical error was drawn by MATLAB,and the value range of relevant variables was obtained when the mechanical error was less than 0.01 mm.The test verifies the measurement error between the automatic measuring machine and the percentage indicator of inner diameter,the minimum and maximum error are within±0.015 mm,and the mean error is within±0.01 mm.The diameter tolerance of the inner hole of the cylinder liner is±0.075 mm,and the results show that the automatic measuring machine meets the requirements of field use.
