把握艺术类大学生心理特征进一步做好其思想政治教育工作

当前我国高等教育快速发展,艺术类教育渐现出从精英化到大众化的趋势下,艺术类大学生因为其专业学习的特殊性等原因,呈现出了较之其他学科大学生有所不同心理特征。这些特殊的心理特征,为大学生思想政治教育工作提出了新的课题。在日常工作中,要准确把握艺术类学生的心理状况,因材施教,正确引导,不断提高其综合素质,为国家与人民培养出更多的高标准艺术人才。

To Grasp the Art Majors' Psychological Characteristics Improve the Ideological and Political Education Work

With the rapid development of higher education in China, the elite education in arts education converses gradually into popular education. Due to the uniqueness of the art specialty, art majors have different psychological characteristics from other majors based on which new challenge has been raised on our ideological and political work. We need to know the art majors＇ unique psychological situation, educate them accordingly, and guide them scientifically so as to cultivate excellent art talents for the country and the people.
