管子总成多形位公差综合检具设计

摘    要:设计了一种多形位公差检测的综合检具,检具设计有供检具检测用的基准块,便于检具自身检测。综合检具是模拟管子总成的装配状态,根据形位公差的基准原则设计,可以检测管子总成各部分的多基准位置度公差和轮廓度公差,采用了快速压紧和插销检测的结构,检测过程快速准确,保证了管子总成的整体检测,取得了良好的使用效果。

Abstract:An integrated checking f'Lxture was developed for detecting geometrical tolerances. The benchmark was designed for the detecting of checking f'Lxture itself; and the integrated checking fixture was designed according to the benchmark principles and simulating the as- sembly state of the pipe assembly. The fixture can detect the position tolerance and profile tolerance to more than one benchmark of each part of the pipe assembly' s. The applica- tion of rapid pressing and bolt detection structure guarantees a fast and accurate checking process.
