常温涂塑复合钢管的研制

大口径涂塑钢管以现有的技术条件其制造成本极高，通过开发使用专用弹性体涂料，实现了常温制造涂塑钢管。该工艺降低了钢管表面处理要求、无需对钢管进行加热处理、无需大型机具，且大小口径的钢管均可实现内外涂塑，产品达到国家标准要求。该项技术填补了大口径涂塑钢管的空白。
