摘    要:一套完整可靠的电力设施冰灾监测预警系统,可以为各项防灾、减灾、救灾措施提供可靠的依据。现有电力设施冰灾监测预警系统未能发挥预先目标的原因在于通信网络的不可靠。提出了将无线传感器网络应用于电力设施冰灾监测预警系统的新概念,基于对系统监测内容与目标的分析,选择了系统所需的各类传感器节点,在考虑覆盖性与节约成本的前提下,进行了各节点的部署,针对输电走廊的特点,设计了一种二层架构的网络拓扑结构。鉴于实用要求,提出了利用小CT取能装置与蓄电池相结合的节点供能方法、基于查询的路由协议以及相应的数据融合技术。最后指明可靠性技术、安全性技术以及如何与现有电力通信网络互联是下一步研究的方向。

Abstract:An integrated and reliable ice disaster monitoring and pre-alarming system can provide reliable criterion for jobs of disaster-prevention, disaster-decrease, and disaster-rescue. The primary causation that existing ice disaster monitoring and pre-alarming system haven’t achieved its prearranged goal is its unreliable communication network. The idea that apply wireless sensor network to the ice disaster monitoring and pre-alarming system for electrical installations is proposed. Based on goal and content analyses of the monitoring system, different sensor nodes are chose for it. Considering the cost and the covering area, the nodes are disposed reasonably. Aiming to the characteristic of transmission corridor, a network of two-layer architecture is designed. Considering the applied require, the power supply method depending on special CT and storage battery, routing protocols based on inquire, and the relevant data fusion technology are also proposed. Finally, it has been pointed out that the next researches will focus on the technologies to improve reliability and security, and how to realize the interconnection with the existing networks in the power system.
