固定化酵母乙醇萃取发酵研究

以十二烷醇为萃取剂，对固定化酵母乙醇萃取发酵进行了研究。探讨了萃取剂对酵母细胞的毒性，以及萃取剂用量、搅拌转速、基质浓度等因素与乙醇萃取发酵的关系，并测定了萃取过程中乙醇的分配系数。为固定化酵母乙醇发酵与溶剂萃取耦合新工艺的开发研究提供了资料。

Study on Extractive Fermentation using Immobilized Yeast Cells for Ethanol Production

オhe　combination　of　ethanol　fermentation　and　solvent　extraction　is　one　of　effective　methods　for　increasing　ethanol　production　rate.In　this　paper,extractive　fermentation　for　ethanol　production　was　carried　out　by　using　immobilized　yeast　cell,where　the　dodecanol　was　used　as　extractive　solvent.The　effects　of　extractive　content,rotary　rate　and　substrate　concentration　on　extractive　fermentation　have　been　discussed,the　partition　coefficient　of　ethanol　in　extraction　was　also　examined.They　would　be　useful　for　further　researches　on　extractive　fermentation.
