| 摘 要： | 本文首先阐述了在网络中采用Ｗｅｂ技术的必然趋势，然后捍卫同种基于Ｗｅｂ的电信网络管理的实现方案，并以中兴Ｔｌｉｇｈｔ ａｎＭａｓｔｅｒ接入网网管为例，讨论了Ｗｅｂ网管的实现思路，重点阐述了实现的几个关键问题。
