硫醇在Bd-St乳聚中的调节反应和调节指数

摘    要:以提高转化率x(>60%)为目的,按生产SBR 1500标准配方,研究了小试和工业装置聚合速度的差异。结果表明,小试的聚合速度、硫醇的消耗速度比后者快,硫醇在不同聚合阶段的调节作用有很大差别,为提高x,必须强化聚合后期的调节效果。对6种硫醇的调节作用的研究表明,小试所得调节指数r值不能直接用于生产装置。为提高x,建议采用r值大的和小的硫醇混合一次加入,或r值大的硫醇分步加入。

Abstract:The difference of polymerization rates between the bench-scale experiment and commercial production was investigated, by using the standard SBR 1500 formulation, in order to increase the conversion ratio > 60%. The results showed that both the polymerization and mercaptan consumption rates in bench-scale were higher than those in commercial plant, and the regulating effect of mercaptan at different stages had obvious differences. The regulating effect should be en-hanced at later stages of polymerization for increasing the conversion ratio. The studies on regulating effect of six mercaptans revealed that the regulating indexes of mercaptans from bench-scale experiment could not be directly used in commercial plant. It was suggested that a mercaptans mixture with different regulating indexes would be fed initially, or the mercaptan with high regulating index would be fed gradually, for increasing the conversion ratio.
