摘    要:杭州经济技术开发区C4-3-9地块处于砂质粉土层,采用水泥搅拌土植入工形预制钢筋混凝土桩围护,即沿基坑一周先打设水泥搅拌桩,紧跟植入工形桩,同时施工支撑桩;放坡开挖,喷射混凝土护面,浇筑压顶梁;继续开挖并施工围檩梁与支撑;再开挖至坑底,完成坑中坑围护、钢筋绑扎和底板浇筑.介绍了主要施工技术措施,指出成桩钻进速度、植桩及施工顺序是该技术在砂质粉土层中应用的关键.实践证明,该围护技术适用于砂质粉土层,施工便捷、止水防渗性能好、噪声小、工效显著.
