智能甲烷浓度检测仪的设计

摘    要:设计了一种基于语音单片机SPCE061A和非加热半导体气体传感器的智能甲烷浓度检测仪,详细介绍了该仪器的工作原理、硬件结构和软件设计。该仪器有LCD显示和语音播报两种输出模式,直观实用;还可通过软件修正灵敏度,克服了传统检测仪器存在的气体传感器输出与甲烷浓度难以线性化、灵敏度随时间和电源电压下降而降低的缺点,保证了测量的准确性。

Abstract:An intelligent methane concentration detector based on SPCE061A and non-heating semiconductor gas sensor was designed.The working principle,hardware configuration and software design of the detector were introduced detailedly.The detector has two output modes of LCD display and voice broadcast which is visual and practical.And the detector overcomes shortcomings of non-linearization of gas sensor output and sensitivity falling with time and power voltage in traditional detectors through amending sensitivity by software,and it insures correctness of detection.
