硫酸小檗碱对铜绿微囊藻生物活性的评价

摘    要:目的]评价硫酸小檗碱对水华蓝藻铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)的生物抑制活性。方法]实验测定了藻液光密度和叶绿素a含量2个生物量指标的变化。结果]以上2种方法得到硫酸小檗碱对铜绿微囊藻的EC50值分别为1.627、0.851 mg a.i./L。结论]试验结果表明硫酸小檗碱对铜绿微囊藻的生长有良好的抑制作用。

Abstract:The inhibitory effect of berberine sulfate was evaluated on a kind of bloom-forming cyanophyta(Microcystis aeruginosa).Methods] The biomass reduction was obtained by measuring the optical density and the chlorophyll-a content of the algal solution.Results] The EC50 values of berberine sulfate on M.aeruginosa were 1.627 and 0.851 mg a.i./L respectively according to the above two methods.Conclusions] This results indicated that berberine sulfate has effective inhibition on the growth of M.aeruginosa.
