摘    要:[目的]开发氟硫草定的工业化合成路线,打破国外的技术垄断。[方法]以三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯与异戊醛为起始原料,经过闭环、脱水、脱氟、水解、酰化、缩合,6步制成目标产物氟硫草定。[结果]氟硫草定总收率达到60%,纯度97%。[结论]该路线可以作为工业生产路线。

Abstract:[Aims] A industrialized synthetic route of dithiopyr was developed to break foreign technology monopoly.[Methods] Dithiopyr was synthesized using ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate and isovaleraldehyde as raw materials by the reaction of cydization,dehydration,defluorination,hydrolysis,acylation and condesation.[Results] The total yield was 60%,and the purity was 97%.[Conclusions] This synthetic route can be used in industrialized production.
