摘    要:[目的]现有生产乙酰甲胺磷工艺流程需要经过5步合成反应、2步回收处理过程才能完成,总收率低,废水排放量大,尤其是冷冻能耗大,研究绿色环保的新合成方法是必要的。[方法]以三氯硫磷为原料,经过亲核取代、氯化及异构化、亲核取代生成乙酰甲胺磷。[结果]在优化的反应条件下,反应收率为73.3%,含量为98.0%,其结构经FTIR、NMR、MS测试技术分析确证。[结论]该工艺具有反应条件温和、产品收率高、减少废水等优点,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:[Aims] At present,the synthetic route of acephate needs five steps for synthesis and two recovery processes.While the total yield is low,and this synthetic route results in large amount of wastewater emissions,especially high cost of energy consumption.So it is necessary to study a green and environmentally friendly new method.[Methods] Acephate was synthesized from thiophosphoryl chloride via nucleophilic substitution reaction,chlorination,isomerization and nucleophilic substitution reaction.[Results] Under the optimal condition,the total yield was 73.3% and the purity was 98.0%.The structure of the resulting product was confirmed by FTIR,NMR,Ms.[Conclusions] The process has advantages of mild reaction conditions,high yield and decrease of wastwater discharge and is suitable for industrialized production.
