散热器供暖系统经济比摩阻研究

摘    要:以散热器供暖垂直单管和水平单管系统为例,以年总费用最小为目标函数,建立了数学模型,对经济比摩阻取值范围进行了研究,分析了影响经济比摩阻的环境、材料因子、电价等敏感性因素,认为人工费、材料费、电价是影响单管热水供暖经济比摩阻的主要因素,给出了散热器供暖系统设计经济比摩阻的取值范围,为100~160Pa/m。

Abstract:Taking the vertical one-pipe heating system and one-pipe loop circuit heating system of radiators as an example and the minimum total annual cost as an objective function,sets up a mathematical model.Researches the range of economic specific frictional resistance values.Analyses some sensitive factors affecting the economic specific frictional resistance,such as environment,material,electricity price,etc.Indicates that the labor cost,material cost and electricity price are the main factors affecting the economic specific frictional resistance in the one-pipe hot water heating system.Gives the design value range of the economic specific frictional resistance for radiator heating systems,i.e.from 100 Pa/m to 160 Pa/m.
