苹果与土壤中丁香菌酯的残留分析

摘    要:目的]建立丁香菌酯在苹果与土壤中的残留分析方法.方法]样品用乙腈提取,乙酸乙酯萃取和中性氧化铝柱层析净化,高效液相色谱紫外检测器检测.结果]苹果和土壤的添加回收率分别为80.7%~83.6%、83.5%~93.9%,变异系数分别为3.3%~6.9%、1.5%~6.7%,仪器最小检出量为5.0×10-10g,方法最小检出质量分数为0.05 mg/kg.结论]该方法简单可靠,符合农药残留分析要求,可用于苹果和土壤中丁香菌酯的残留检测.

Abstract:To establish an analytical method for determining coumoxystrobin residues in apple and soil.Methods] Coumoxystrobin residues in apple and soil were abstracted by acetonitrile,extracted with ethyl acetate,cleaned up with neutral alumina column,and determined by HPLC-UV.Results] The average recoveries in apple and soil were 80.7-83.6%,83.5-93.9%,and the coefficient of variation were 3.3-6.9%,1.5-6.7% respectively.The limit of detection of coumoxystrobin was 5×10-10 g,the limit of quantification was 0.05 mg/kg.Conclusions] The method is simple and reliable,meet to the requirement of pesticide residues analysis,and could be applied for determining coumoxystrobin residues in apple and soil.
