摘    要:[目的]二点委夜蛾是我国耕作制度变革后新发生的暴发性害虫,生产上急需筛选出对其高效的药剂。[方法]采用浸虫法测定了10种杀虫剂对二点委夜蛾幼虫的室内毒力。[结果]供试药剂对试虫的毒力差异较大。甲维盐、高效氯氰菊酯和辛硫磷对试虫的毒力最高,氰戊菊酯等5种杀虫剂对试虫也具有较高毒力,其LC50值介于30-100 mg/L;而二嗪磷和阿维菌素对试虫的毒力较低。[结论]在生产上,应科学合理使用现有各类杀虫药剂,并应进一步开展其以生物学、生态学研究为基础的综合防治技术研究。

Abstract:[Aims] Athetis lepigone Moschler,a new fulminant lepidopteran insect pests,has became an important pests in the summer corn in China.Therefore,It is an urgent task to screen the insecticides with higher efficacy for controlling this pest.[Methods] The toxicities of ten insecticides to the nymph of A. lepigone Moschler were determined by the dipping method.[Results] The results indicated that amongst all the tested chemicals,emamectin benzoate,beta-cypermethrin and phoxim have the highest toxic effects to the tested insect.Fenvalerate,chlorpyrifos,lambda-cyhalothrin,chlorfluazuron and chlorantraniliprole also have the higher toxic to this insects,and the LC50 values of those chemicals were from 30 to 100 mg/L,while diazinon and abamectin have lower toxicity to the tested pests.[Conclusions] In production,it should be advocated to apply all existing insecticides rationally and further to develop study on integrated control on the basis of biology and ecology.
