摘    要:结合国内现有的水冷式散热器热工性能试验台,设计开发了全自动测试系统。阐述了该系统的组成和原理、硬件和软件设计,并开发了散热器阻力性能检测功能。试验系统采用了太阳能和地源热泵机组,节能效果良好。经调试,该试验系统满足采样精度和测试重复性要求,并且缩短了测试时间,系统稳定可靠。

Abstract:Based on the existing domestic water-cooled radiator thermal performance experimental bench,develops the automatic testing system.Expounds the composition and principle of the system,the hardware and software design and develops the function of resistance testing.The system has improved energy efficiency by applying solar energy and ground-source heat pump units.Commissioning test results show that the system meets the requirements of sampling precision and repeatable testing,shortens testing time and operates more stably and reliably.
