摘    要:[目的]筛选出对瓜实蝇老熟幼虫和蛹具有较好毒杀作用的药剂,为瓜实蝇的化学防治提供依据。[方法]采用浸虫法分别测定14种杀虫剂对瓜实蝇老熟幼虫和蛹的毒杀作用。[结果]印楝素、苦参碱、阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对瓜实蝇老熟幼虫和蛹具有较高毒力,对老熟幼虫的LC50值分别为0.0092、0.1961、1.8803、3.2526 mg/L;对蛹的LC50值分别为0.0058、40.598、129.357、122.173 mg/L。[结论]印楝素、苦参碱、阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐可作为瓜实蝇的防治药剂。

Abstract:[Aims] The aim of this experiment was to screen out the better pesticides against mature larvae and pupae of Bactrocera cucurbitae to provide evidence for chemical control of Bactrocera cucurbitae.[Methods] The toxicity of 14 pesticides against mature larvae and pupae of Bactrocera cucurbitae were determined by dipping method.[Results] The results showed that azadirachtin,matrine,abamectin and emamectin benzoate all showed a high biological activity to the mature larvae and pupae of B.cucurbitae,their LC50 values were 0.0092,0.1961,1.8803,3.2526 mg/L to mature larvae and 0.0058,40.598,129.357,122.173 mg/L to pupae,respectively.[Conclusions] Azadirachtin,matrine,abamectin and emamectin benzoate could be used for chemical control of Bactrocera cucurbitae.
