低温等离子体物理化学基础及其应用(一)

摘    要:阐述了等离子体及其基本反应,即等离子体的概念,包括等离子体的特征参数、等离子体种类和工业用等离子体;放电等离子体的基本过程,即辉光放电过程、介质阻挡放电;等离子的基元反应,即平均自由程及碰撞截面、能量转移方式、基元反应举例和氧等离子的化学反应。在低温等离子体对材料表面的作用方面,对低温等离子体与高分子材料表面的交互作用、反应性和非反应性低温等离子体的作用、高分子材料的表面改性和涤纶织物表面改性的测试作了分析和论述。在低温等离子体化学聚合和接枝方面,阐述了低温等离子体的聚合反应、接枝反应和对纺织材料的接枝聚合物反应等,重点介绍低温等离子体对羊毛毛条、兔毛纤维以及其它纤维的改性处理。文章最后还介绍了低温等离子体的诊断法,如单探针诊断法、双探针诊断法和DBD低温等离子体诊断法。

Abstract:This paper covers the plasma and the basic reactions, including the plasma concept, such as characteristic parameters, varieties and industrial plasma; the basic process of discharge plasma including electric glow discharge and dielectric barrier discharge; basic reactions such as average free distance and collision section, energy transferring way, examples of elementary reaction. Reactions of low temperature plasma with matrix surface include inter-reaction of plasma with surface of polymer material, reactive and non-reactive low temperature plasma, surface modification of polymer and polyester fabric. Polymerization and grafting of plasma and their applications to textiles are illustrated also, especially the modification of wool top, rabbit hair fiber and other fibers. Finally, diagnostic methods of plasma including single and double inspection probe and DBD low temperature plasma are introduced.
