| Abstract: | The PZT 95/5 thin film was prepared on Pt/Ti/ SiO2Si substrate by sol-gel method. The behavior of FRL-FRH phase transition was investigated in the thin film. The change of the remanent spontaneous polarization during the FRL-FRH phase transition is 0.6 μc/cm2. |
