| Abstract: | It's a new subject for the party organizations at different levels to construct a long-run effective system to strengthen the cognition in theory and explore and innovate continuously in practice.In this system,the members of CCP can be educated to keep advanced in the long term.In this paper,after analyzing the importance of the system,the author proposes to set up a long-run effective system by applying the four functions of management,namely,planning,organization,leading and controlling. |
