| 摘 要： | 从1980年代"不结盟"的独立自主战略,到1990年代"全方位"的睦邻友好战略,再到21世纪初期"和谐世界"的和平发展战略。改革开放30年来中国国际战略的演变,为国内经济发展争取到了有利的国际环境,也标志着中国独立自主的和平外交政策更加成熟。

| Abstract: | From 1980's "do not form alliance" independence strategy,to 1990's "all-directions" good-neighbor strategy,again to 21 century's initial stage "harmony world" peace development strategy,the evomution of China international strategy since the reform and opening-up 30 years has strived advantaged international environment for domestic economic development,it also indicates that China's independent and the peace and development policy have become more mature. |
